Once on a computer, here’s some steps to follow to renew ->
- Click ‘sign up/sign in’ upper right corner (you may still be signed in depending on your settings if you are it will just show your name)
- Once you sign in, it will show your name upper right instead of ‘sign up/sign in’ then click that
- Once you do, it will take you to your dashboard
- Once at your dashboard, you will see a menu on the left side of the page
- Click ‘listings’ in that menu
- Once there, it will show your business listing on the site
- On the far ride side of that row where your listing shows you will see three vertical dots
- Click those three vertical dots
- Click ‘change plan’ and choose either the $150 guide membership or the $200 premium guide membership
- The premium membership offers more comprehensive options to boost up your listing on the site for the extra $50
- Once you do these steps, you either will be prompted to enter credit card info (if you haven’t yet on the new site) or it will auto charge your card on file based on your chosen plan
- Then, next year, it will auto renew you and will send you 7 emails prior to that auto renewal at 45 days, 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, 4 days, 3 days and 1 day out prior to charging your card
