I am Capt. Steven Lamp a fishing guide in Key West since 1994, focused full time on providing top quality private fishing charters. Inshore or offshore, we provide the best in flats fishing, reef fishing, deep sea fishing and backcountry fishing. It’s no secret that we fish all of it with the nicest boats and equipment available and the best rates in Key West.

Q Are there bathrooms on the boats?

Flats Fishing Boats - No, there is not a bathroom.
Bay Boats – Some of our bay boats have bathrooms.
Reef Fishing Center Consoles - Yes, these boats have bathrooms.
Deep sea fishing on board the Viking 47 InXS Key West - There are two full bathrooms.

Q What should I bring?

What you like to eat, sunscreen lotion (not spray please) a good pair of polarized sunglasses, a hat and maybe a camera. Remember, If you are flats fishing with me or any other guide we have only a little room in our boats. My deep sea fishing boat and my 36 ft Yellowfin Center console reef fishing boat can accommodate more stuff. All of my boats have coolers with ice for your cold stuff.

Q Will the weather be good on my day of fishing?

When I can answer this I will no longer be guiding. Seriously though, if I cancel a trip due to weather, there is no penalty to you.

Q Do you guarantee fish?

No, and be careful anyone that does as many times it is a scam.

Q What is supplied?

Our Key West fishing charters supply almost everything you will need to go fishing such as: rods, reels, licenses, bait, fly rods, flys, leaders and tackle. We also supply plenty of bottled waters and ice in the coolers to keep your lunch cold.
