Whether your ideal day is being poled across many of our beautiful grass flats, sight-fishing for monster snook or redfish, or battling the mighty Tarpon along our pristine beaches, we have a Tampa Bay fishing trip just for you. We will clean and bag your catch if you would like to enjoy some fresh fish at home. If you are visiting from out of town, restaurants that will cook your fish for you can be recommended. About Your Captain
A born and raised Florida native, Captain Charlie has been roaming the Tampa Bay waters for as long as he can remember. That’s why, in 2012, he decided to officially offer his own charter services to locals and tourists alike. Through Ebb & Flow, he specializes in personalized fishing trips and showing off scenic views of the bay and the gulf. No matter the season, a variety of different fish are native to Florida’s largest estuary, like redfish, trout, and snapper. So whether you’re fishing for fun or fishing for dinner — you’re sure to catch something when you adventure with Captain Charlie.

Some FAQ's
All charters include:
Fishing license, tackle, safety equipment, bait, ice & water. I prefer to catch and release but I will clean and bag your catch if you would like some fresh fish to enjoy at home. If you are visiting from out of town, I can refer you to a few restaurants that will cook your fish for you.
What you should bring:
- Sunblock
- Hat
- Sunglasses (polarized suggested)
- Drinks for the day (If you bring beer please bring canned beer and do not over indulge).
Payment Info:
A deposit of $100 is required to reserved a date. Cash, Check or credit card will be accepted to reserve your trip.
Cancellation Policy:
Trips canceled with a 72 hour notice are eligible for a full refund . If you do not show for your trip your deposit will not be returned. If the captain cancels the trip for any reason your deposit will be returned or put towards a rescheduled date. All efforts will be made to try and reschedule so you do not lose your fishing adventure!
